About Charismata
Author, Artist, and Healing Art Coach — and a fellow traveler on the road to healing.

Hello
Hi. I’m “Charismata” Marie Weaver.
I’m so glad you have taken time to check out what we are about. I hope you will find encouragement for your own journey here.
I’m married to an amazingly patient and handsome man who keeps me grounded, and I have three beautiful children, who challenge me to keep growing in my love for the Lord. I love to write about my journey with the Lord and enjoy sharing the creative process with others — how it can help you connect with God and bring healing.
I’d love to hear from you: Blossomingheartsstudio@gmail.com

Our Mission
To help others to know the love of God by cultivating our relationship with God, ourselves, and others through encounters with Him and His Word, while utilizing the creative arts as a tool to do so.
Our Belief is that as we grow in knowing God’s love for us, He will show us who He has created us to be. As we all operate out of our true identity in Jesus Christ, we will fully be able to become all He has written about us before the beginning of time.

A little more about me
My story
The name “Charismata,” meaning “power of His glory”, came from an encounter with Jesus where I asked Him what He called me in heaven. He often calls us things that we can’t even believe, as was the case for me. At the time He first called me that, I was the weakest I had ever been, as I struggled through an intense inner healing process. It was in those dark valleys of Him healing my deepest wounds from childhood abuse that I learned to encounter His presence. My passion now is to point others to healing and intimacy in Him through the creative arts.
I have a BA in Education, and taught for several years as a teacher, which led to me developing several art curriculums for a Christian School and Homeschool organization, at which I also taught art for many years.
On my own heart healing journey, I’ve explored several ministries, from inner healing to deliverance style ministries. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, but have just walked almost two decades through my own healing journey. I do have a ordination of ministry certification through Word of God ministries, and I’m currently receiving training in The Immanuel Approach. I’ve also explored Art Sozo, and Art for Healing.
My passion is to use all the tools the Lord has given me for inner healing with the artistic expression to deepen your experience with the true healer and lover of your soul, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Along the path of my own inner healing, I wrote a fictionalized memoir under a pen name, that testifies of God’s healing power in my life. That book is entitled, For the Silenced Ones by Charisse Milan. You can find more about that here: forthesilencedones.wordpress.com
